Myesha Gilder was received into
life on May 27,1988 in Chicago
Illinois to Edward Peery and Debra
Gilder. Myesha was the second of
three children. Myesha attended
Wacker Elementary school and
continued her education at Percy L.
Julian High School, where she met
many new acquaintances. Myesha
was diagnosed with breast cancer
and after a sting and long battle she
took Gods hands and was taken
to heaven to rest in paradise with
her grandmother Ruby Gilder,
grandfather Lester Gilder Sr and her
father Edward Peery.
Myesha confessed her love for Christ
at a young age and was baptized and
worshipped at Christian Youth M B
Church under the leadership of Pastor Eugene Cherry.
Myesha had such a beautiful soul. She was the life of the party
and everywhere she went people loved her. Myesha could keep you
laughing with her hilariously sarcastic humor. The world has lost a
true soldier with a beautiful spirit.
Myesha leaves here to love her, her mother Debra Gilder, 2 sons
Stephen Starling and A’lerrion Benefield, 3 brothers Devonte, Edward
Peery and Brandon Collins, Godmother Cynthia Allen, 5 sisters
Karnetha Gilder, Breanna Collins, Tempest Gilder, Ree Ree Freeman
and Shanita Harris, BFF’s Alondra Deshazer, Stephanie Mohead,
Special Friend Vonta Benefield, THOMAS Paige Jr., Favorite uncle
Lester (Misty) Gilder, Favorite cousins Antionette Bennett, Shayla
Gilder with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whom met
the world to her. If I didn’t mention anyone sorry because Esha was
loved by so many.
